The station manager is responsible for the entire staff of the station, broadcast content, scheduling promotion, and fundraising. The manager oversees the entire staff and day-to-day operations of the station and serves as a resource to staff members, executive leaders, and the USC community.

The operations director is in charge of overseeing technical and production director and their teams, maintaining and ensuring all SGTV office equipment is up to date and in good working condition.
